Step 1

You’ll want to mix together lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey. Then, stir 1 tsp. of red pepper flakes. Use a medium bowl.

Step 2

Add your salmon to a large skillet with two tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Once the oil has been heated up, then it’s time to add the salmon. Cook for approximately 6 minutes until golden. 

Step 3

Sprinkle salt and pepper. When the salmon looks golden, go ahead and flip it over. Use the remaining tablespoon of oil for the other side. 

Step 4

Next, mince 3 cloves of garlic and add to the skillet. After letting the garlic cook for a minute, pour in the marinade and cook the sauce for a few minutes until it thickens. 

Step 5

Now that the sauce has been reduced, marinade the salmon in the sauce. Add sliced lemons for more flavor.
